Dhruv Rathee’s AI Fiesta Review: Why I Think It’s Just a Scam

I tried Dhruv Rathee’s AI Fiesta. After using it for a while, I can honestly say that I think it is just another scam. I know this is a bold claim, but I will explain everything I have seen and tested myself.
AI Fiesta is marketed as India’s first competitive AI platform. The claim is that you get access to all premium AI models in one place for ₹999 per month. On paper, it looks exciting. In reality, it is nothing more than an overhyped aggregator that gives you very little value for your money.
I will share my full experience with this tool. I will also compare it with other platforms like Perplexity AI, Abacus AI, and ChatGPT Plus. By the end of this post, you will see why I don’t recommend anyone to waste money on AI Fiesta.
What Exactly is AI Fiesta?
AI Fiesta is presented as an “all-in-one” AI tool. The promise is that you can use ChatGPT, Gemini Pro, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, and Perplexity all inside one platform. Instead of subscribing to each tool separately, AI Fiesta claims you get them all for a single monthly fee.
The problem is, this claim is misleading. AI Fiesta does not really give you premium access to these models. In fact, during my tests, most of the responses I got were from older versions of the models.

For example:
- What they call ChatGPT 5 is not the premium GPT-5 thinking model. It looks like a downgraded GPT-4 or even GPT-3.5.
- What they call Gemini 2.5 Pro identifies itself as an OpenAI model, which makes no sense. Gemini is from Google, not OpenAI.
- Other models like Claude Sonnet 4 or Grok 4 also felt outdated.
In short, you are not getting premium access. You are paying for wrappers around free or older APIs.

Why I Don’t See It as a Real Startup
Dhruv Rathee claims this is his AI startup. But to me, it is not a startup. It is only an aggregator. It uses APIs from other companies and puts them in one place.

Anyone with a little coding knowledge can build something similar in a few hours. You can even ask ChatGPT or Claude to generate a backend for an aggregator tool. Platforms like Lovable or Bolt.new make this even faster. I personally believe AI Fiesta could be built in 15 to 20 minutes for a demo version.
A real startup brings new technology or new innovation. AI Fiesta brings nothing new.
The Big Token Problem
Now let’s talk about the most important issue: tokens.
AI Fiesta gives you 400,000 tokens per month for ₹999. At first, this number might look large. But when you actually use the tool, you realize it is very limited.

Every word you type and every response you get from the AI consumes tokens. Even a simple “Hello” costs tokens. A proper conversation with explanations can consume thousands of tokens if you generate an image, that takes 6,000 tokens in one go.
Many users report running out of tokens in just 10 days. After that, you cannot use the models until the next month.
Now compare this with other platforms:
- Abacus AI gives you around 2 million tokens for $10, with some plans going up to 140 million input tokens.
- Perplexity AI Pro gives you daily usage so generous that I never hit the limit, even after using it multiple times a day.
- ChatGPT Plus at $20 per month gives you unlimited use of GPT-4o and access to the thinking model of GPT-5.
- ChatGPT Go for $5 per month; 20X more usage of plus features except Sora AI and Codex.
This is why AI Fiesta feels like a scam. You are paying more for much less.
The Gemini Issue
One of the strangest problems I found was with the Gemini model inside AI Fiesta.
Gemini 2.5 Pro is available for free from Google with some limits. When I tested it on AI Fiesta, it not only felt weaker, but when I asked it which model it was, it replied, “I am an AI model created by OpenAI.”

Why is Gemini saying it is an OpenAI model? This makes no sense. It clearly shows that the platform is not giving direct access to the real Gemini model. Instead, it is wrapping it through another API.
This is a very big red flag.
Missing Features That Should Be Basic
Even at this price, AI Fiesta lacks very basic features that are standard in AI tools today.

- There is no voice input.
- There is no file upload feature in the free plan.
- Real-time internet access is missing in most models except Perplexity.
- Image generation is very limited and consumes a lot of tokens.
I cannot believe a tool in 2025 charges ₹999 and still does not have basic things like voice or file uploads.
The Developer Community Reaction
Developers have been very critical of AI Fiesta. Many said they were able to clone the entire platform in just a few hours. Some even released open-source alternatives with more models included.
One developer called it “a college project presented in a startup wrapping.” Another said it was “just an aggregator with hidden compromises.”
In fact, many experts warned people that there is nothing unique here. You can open multiple browser tabs and access the same models for free without paying anything to AI Fiesta.
What Reddit Users Are Saying

On Reddit, especially in the r/IndiaTech community, people are calling AI Fiesta a cash grab. Many comments describe it as a “fraudulent AI scheme” or a “hype train.”
Some users even said they wasted ₹1000 by buying it on impulse without research. Most people regret their purchase and wish they had gone for ChatGPT Plus instead.
There are also reports that negative comments are being deleted from Dhruv Rathee’s YouTube videos, which makes people more suspicious.
Social Media Backlash
The criticism is not limited to Reddit. On Twitter (X), many influencers mocked the platform. They said it was just “reselling existing AI models” and exploiting Dhruv Rathee’s fan base.
On YouTube, Hindi reviewers have been very direct. Channels like MIB Roast exposed the problems in detail. Other creators clearly told their viewers, “Don’t buy this yet.”
People feel cheated because Dhruv Rathee has built trust through his YouTube channel, but now he is selling a tool that does not deliver.
Pricing and Value
Now let’s look at the value for money.
AI Fiesta charges ₹999 per month. For that, you get 400k tokens and access to downgraded models. Compare this with alternatives:
- ChatGPT Go costs just ₹399 per month and gives much better limits.
- ChatGPT Plus at $20 per month gives the premium GPT-5 thinking model.
- Perplexity AI can be free for Airtel users in India for one year.
- Abacus AI gives enterprise-level features for $10 per month.
Clearly, AI Fiesta is the worst deal among them.
Content Moderation Concerns
Another issue is how AI Fiesta handles feedback. Many people report that their negative comments on YouTube or community posts were deleted. Critical feedback was systematically removed.
This shows that they do not want an open discussion about the flaws. It is more about controlling the image than improving the product.
My Personal Verdict

After testing AI Fiesta myself and comparing it with other tools, I can confidently say this:
- It is not a real startup.
- It does not give premium models.
- The token limit is extremely low.
- Gemini integration is broken.
- The features are missing.
- The pricing is unfair.
AI Fiesta is not worth ₹999 per month. There are far better alternatives available for free or at much lower prices.
If Dhruv Rathee really wants this to be a startup, he needs to innovate. He needs to build something unique. Right now, it is just another aggregator that offers nothing new.
Until that changes, I will call it what it is. A scam.
Conclusion
I am not writing this because I hate Dhruv Rathee. I follow his YouTube content, and I respect the work he has done in the past. But AI Fiesta is a wrong move. It exploits the trust of its audience.
If you are thinking about spending ₹999 on this, my advice is simple. Don’t. Try Perplexity AI for free if you are in India. Or go for Abacus AI if you want enterprise-level features at a low cost. Or just stick to ChatGPT Plus for premium access.
AI Fiesta right now is overhyped, overpriced, and misleading. And that is why I call it a scam.
